2. Is there LONG TERM commitment? 

One way to measure social media success is with those folks we like to call Super Fans. These are people who not only follow you, but consistently engage with your brand over time.

This also refers to people who are committed to sharing your content via their social media channels.

3. Did you foster a GENUINE CONNECTION? 

Social influence is all about relationships. It’s not enough to just increase your likes and follows. You gotta also be focused on creating those genuine connections with your audience.

4. Was there CONVERSION? 

At the end of the day, you want to know how many leads were converted to sales. It doesn’t matter if you have a million fans if none of them are also customers who buy your product or service.
